Shipping

Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $99 and on all Dollar Bin Comics products.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Yes, we currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates vary depending on your location, and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. You can check if we ship to your country during checkout.

We use trusted shipping carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your comics. The carrier used will depend on your shipping selection and location. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Are my comics protected during shipping?

Yes! All our comics are bagged and boarded to ensure they are protected from damage during transit. We take extra care in packaging your comics to keep them in perfect condition, whether they're shipped in a padded envelope or a sturdy box for larger orders.

Orders

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@dadscomicvault.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, and we may send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.

Our Dollar Bin Comics are a curated collection of random modern comics, so you’ll receive a surprise mix of 25 comics from the last 30 years. The selection is varied and may include issues from Marvel, DC, Image, and more, giving you the chance to discover new titles and characters!

Our Mystery Box Lot of 13 Comics includes:

Expect a mix of Marvel and DC comics, with no duplicates and the chance to discover key issues, first appearances, and other valuable finds. All comics are bagged and boarded for protection.

We buy comics! If you’re interested in selling your collection, please visit our We Buy Comics page for more information. Simply reach out with a list or photos of your comics, and we’ll make a fair offer based on their value and condition.

We offer a mix of new releases and vintage comics. Our collection spans everything from Golden Age to Modern Age comics, including single issues, full runs, and special editions. All comics are carefully inspected, bagged, and boarded before shipping.

General

We accept returns and exchanges for damaged or defective comics. The comics must be in their original condition (bagged and boarded). Please check our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more detailed information on how to return or exchange your items.

Yes, we offer gift cards for those who want to share the joy of comics with others. Gift cards are available in various denominations and can be used on any product in our store.

Currently, we are an online-only comic shop, allowing us to offer a wide selection of comics to collectors and fans all over the country. We do not have a physical storefront, but you can browse and shop our entire collectiononline at any time.
