The Firefly, a dangerous and vengeful foe from Batman's rogues' gallery, escapes from prison and once again takes to the streets with his deadly arsenal of light-based weapons. His return to crime sparks chaos as he uses his fiery tools for a series of daring heists. His violent rampage attracts the attention of a new and unpredictable vigilante—the Creeper.
