The Green Team—Commodore Murphy, oil tycoon J.P. Houston, and Hollywood producer Cecil Sunbeam—are joined by shoe shine boy Abdul Smith, who unexpectedly acquires a million dollars. They finance wild adventures, including Professor Apple’s Great American Pleasure (G.A.P.) machine, which simulates pleasure for days. But Broadway producer David D. Merritt leads a mob against them, fearing the machine will end entertainment as we know it.

After a series of escapades, the boys discover Merritt has used the G.A.P., only to be driven insane by the experience. Determined to stop the madness, they destroy the machine using Murphy's missile-equipped model boat.
